Where is my license activation code?
Ususally your activation code will arrive within 5 - 30 minutes after your purchase (most of the time faster). Please be sure to also check your spam folder. If you have not received you license within 30 minutes, please submit a ticket here.
My license will not activate, what do I do?
99.9% of the time, the only reason your license will not activate is because your firewall is blocking KMP from accessing the Internet. If your firewall does not ask you for permission to access the Internet with KMP, you will have to manually change these settings in your firewall settings. You can check the status of your activation by clicking on the "About" tab and viewing the details under the hat.
I can't collect any keywords with Google, what do I do?
Please be patient. With Google, you have to wait for the actual keyword tool page to load in the software. Depending on your connection, this can take up to 1 minute the first time you access it.
When I use Google Keywords as my source, I get all 0's in each column, whats wrong?
Unfortunately, with any tool that queries databases such as Google and Yahoo, there is the possibility of temporarily getting your IP banned. This is caused by too many queries too fast. When Google senses an automated tool accessing it's database and absorbing a lot of its resources, it will temporarily block your IP address from accessing it therefore, you will not get any results. Give it a few hours and they will remove this block and you will be good to go. Once again, this happens with ALL tools that queries databases, not just KMP, so don't overuse the software, only choose the keywords you really need when getting the competition data and Google Ads.
We added proxy settings in the "Settings" tab. This can help reduce your chances of being banned. If you are not familiar with proxies, just do a quick search on Google.

When a new update is available, we will email you with the link to download the latest version. If you purchased KMP but do not receive notifications about the software updates, it means you did not register to receive updates. You will have to submit a ticket with your purchase information that includes the order number, your name and the email address you used to purchase with by clicking here.
